This Privacy Policy explains how EywaSoft UK Ltd. ("EywaSoft", "we", "us") processes personal data when you use the Topograf mobile application. It is written for Topograf's current parcel-search, mapping, export, sync, and offline workflows and is intended to support the disclosure duties that apply under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the UK GDPR, and the EU GDPR where applicable.
EywaSoft UK Ltd. is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at support@eywasoft.co.uk for privacy questions, access requests, deletion requests, or transfer-related enquiries. If a local law gives you additional controller or representative rights, those mandatory rights continue to apply.
We collect personal data in several ways: directly from you when you create or use an account, submit parcel searches, save content, export documents, or contact support; automatically from your device and app session; and from third-party identity or marketplace providers when you choose those services.
Depending on the features you use, this may include:
We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis. Under KVKK Article 5 and Article 6 of the UK GDPR or EU GDPR where applicable, this usually means:
Some information is optional, but some is necessary for specific features. If you do not provide required data or permissions, the related feature may not work fully.
We use personal data to operate Topograf and to support the workflows you initiate. This includes authenticating users, returning parcel and map results, syncing saved work across devices, generating and sharing exports, showing offline regions, responding to support requests, and maintaining account security.
We also use limited diagnostics and analytics data to monitor crashes, understand feature usage, protect the parcel gateway from misuse, and improve performance. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use Topograf data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Topograf relies on third-party services and official data sources. Depending on the feature, data may be processed by:
Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments. Where we act as controller, we select processors and service providers that are reasonably appropriate for the service.
Because Topograf uses cloud infrastructure and third-party providers, some personal data may be processed outside the country where you use the app, including outside Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the European Economic Area. This can happen, for example, when account, sync, support, or diagnostics data is handled by infrastructure or service providers located in other countries.
Where cross-border transfers are required, we aim to use transfer mechanisms and safeguards recognised by applicable law, which may include contractual commitments, access controls, encryption, and other technical or organisational measures. You can contact us if you need more information about the transfer context relevant to your use of Topograf.
Guest-mode data and locally saved work remain on your device until you delete them, clear the app's storage, or remove the app. Account-linked synced data is kept while your account remains active and while we need it to provide the service or resolve legal, security, or support issues.
When you delete your Topograf account, we clear related local user data from the current device as part of the deletion flow and schedule synced server-side account data for deletion within a reasonable operational period, typically within 30 days unless longer retention is required by law or to resolve abuse, fraud, or legal claims. App-store purchase records are retained by the relevant store operator under that operator's policies.
If the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. You may also ask us for information about relevant recipients, retention periods, and international transfers.
You can make these requests by emailing support@eywasoft.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or, if applicable, your local data protection authority in the EEA.
If KVKK applies to you, you may exercise the rights listed in Article 11, including learning whether your personal data is processed, requesting information about the processing, learning the purpose of processing, learning the domestic or foreign third parties to whom data is transferred, requesting correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, requesting deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met, objecting to adverse results created exclusively through automated analysis, and requesting compensation where unlawful processing causes damage.
You can submit KVKK-related requests to support@eywasoft.co.uk. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
We use a combination of technical and organisational measures designed to protect Topograf data. Depending on the system involved, this can include authenticated access controls, encryption in transit, provider-level encryption at rest, least-privilege access, crash monitoring, rate limiting, and controlled sync flows.
No app, network, or storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device, your email account, and your sign-in methods.
Topograf is designed for professional, property, and land-information use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek or market the service to children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data to us without the required consent, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, delete the data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Topograf, legal requirements, provider relationships, or the way we process personal data. When a material change affects your privacy rights or our disclosures, we will take reasonable steps to notify you in the app or by other appropriate means.
The effective date at the top of this document shows when the current version started to apply.
If you have questions, concerns, or requests about this Privacy Policy or the way Topograf processes personal data, contact us at support@eywasoft.co.uk.
If you are making a legal rights request, include enough detail for us to identify your account or device context and the specific request you want us to handle.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Topograf mobile application, including parcel search, saved work, exports, sync, and offline map features. Topograf is operated by EywaSoft UK Ltd. ("EywaSoft", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Topograf, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
You may use some Topograf features without a registered account. Guest use keeps data on the device you are using. Account-based features, including cross-device sync and certain account controls, require sign-in.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for activity carried out through your account or device, and for keeping your sign-in methods and device access secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support promptly.
You must use Topograf lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your use breaches these terms, threatens the service, or creates legal risk.
When you sign in, Topograf may sync saved parcels, collections, shapes, notes, and selected settings across your devices using cloud services chosen by EywaSoft. Guest-mode data may remain only on the current device and can be lost if the app is removed or device storage is cleared.
If paid plans, subscriptions, or one-time purchases are offered in your version of Topograf, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and receipts are generally handled by the relevant mobile app marketplace or payment operator under that platform's rules. Deleting the app does not itself cancel a subscription.
You keep ownership of the content you create in Topograf, including saved parcels, collections, shapes, notes, and exportable work product. You grant EywaSoft a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, transmit, sync, and process that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and support the service you request.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content, photo, note, or information you add to the app and for ensuring that your use of the content is lawful.
Topograf, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and original interface elements, belongs to EywaSoft UK Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Official cadastral records, parcel attributes, and related public datasets shown in the app remain the property of their original public authorities or data providers. Map tiles, layers, and overlays are also subject to the licences and terms of their respective providers.
Topograf is provided as an informational and workflow tool. It helps you explore parcel data, organise fieldwork, create measurements, and prepare exports, but it is not a substitute for an official land registry extract, licensed survey, engineering analysis, valuation, notarial service, or legal advice.
We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or available on every device, map provider, or network. Parcel boundaries, overlays, address results, exports, and offline regions depend on external data, third-party services, and device conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EywaSoft UK Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses arising out of or connected with your use of Topograf. This includes loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, project delay, or decisions taken using map or parcel information.
If we are found liable to you, our aggregate liability for a claim connected with Topograf will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim or GBP 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights.
You may stop using Topograf at any time. If you have an account, you can use the in-app Data & Privacy controls to request deletion. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if required by law, if we discontinue the service, if a third-party provider relationship ends, or if your use breaches these terms or creates security, abuse, or legal concerns.
On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, but provisions that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except to the extent that mandatory consumer, data-protection, or public-law rules in Turkey, the EEA, or your country of residence apply and cannot be excluded by contract.
Where mandatory law does not require a different forum, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights or mandatory jurisdiction you may have under applicable law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, provider changes, or improvements to how Topograf operates. When a material change affects your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to notify you in the app or by other appropriate means.
The effective date at the top of this document shows when the current version started to apply. Continued use of Topograf after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
For legal notices, support issues, or questions about these terms, contact EywaSoft UK Ltd. at support@eywasoft.co.uk.
