• Providing services: To operate the app, save your progress, and deliver personalised experiences
• Authentication: To verify your identity and secure your account
• Improvement: To understand how the app is used and improve it
• Communication: To send essential account notifications (e.g., password resets)

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

• Google Firebase: Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics (Firebase Privacy)
• Google Play / Apple App Store: App distribution, in-app purchases, and updates

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers with encryption at rest. All data transmission is encrypted using TLS 1.2+/SSL. Database access is restricted by Firebase Security Rules.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. See the Delete Account section below.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Object: Object to processing of your data

This app is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the app

All content, design, and code within ScanMaster QR are the property of EywaSoft UK Limited and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

• Subscription fees are billed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
• Manage and cancel subscriptions through your Google Play or Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store (Google Play / Apple)

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
